The project Tour-X, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, aims to develop a bottom-up approach to excellence in the tourism sector, by focusing on the education and training of SME staff in the sector. It will do so by increasing their ability to rapidly adapt and providing new skills fit for evolving economic and social needs, and especially help Tourism SMEs to raise their competitiveness thanks to these skills of their workers.
Tour-X will last 4 years, during which it will work to strengthen excellence in tourism training for SMEs in Greece, Italy, Spain and Germany, as an example for the whole of the European Union.
