European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME is a partner in the newly approved project Smart Step, which will gather partners from Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Spain, Italy and Belgium, collaborating to develop professional training programs for youth across West Africa.
The leader of this new ambitious project is Asociación MUNDUS from Spain, a member association of our member EVBB, and among the partners involved, there are SME and Start-up Centers from Ghana, which has been working with us and our partner BVMW for a long time; OVO, our partner in Belgium, and others. The project is supposed to start at the beginning of 2023 with a duration of 3 years.
This initiative represents a significant added value since, thanks to this project, European companies that want to invest in Africa can find the right skilled people for their business by participating in study visits in Ghana and Cameroon.
