On November 5 the Executive Board of European Entrepreneurs met online with the European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis.
European SMEs are asking for targeted support with precise, fast and direct actions to help companies facing the current crisis, but above all also to help them create models for future growth.
The actions of the European Commission must look beyond today’s pandemic, outlining the growth strategies of Europe for the coming decades.
Vice President Dombrovskis agreed, as does the whole of the Europe Commission, that SMEs are the true strength of the European economy and that the epidemic must be contained to save the economy.
This meeting, hosted by our First Vice-President Maurizio Casasco and by our Vice-President Patrick Meinhardt, was one more way to remember, be inspired by and follow up on the tireless and precious activity of our President Mario Ohoven.
