The First SME Crisis Response Webinar informed European SMEs about How to Deal with EU sanctions against Russia.

The military aggression of Russia on Ukraine has rightly called for an international response with an unprecedented economic sanction to stop this war.

However, these sanctions will have a significant impact on European SMEs. So it is essential companies are aware of what they entail and where to find more information whenever necessary. It is also equally vital that there are measures in place to protect them from the brunt of the impact.

In our webinar, we presented to find answers to key questions like what the sanctions entail and how to find out when they apply to specific cases.

We also presented our requests to the Commission regarding what should be done to support SMEs under these unique circumstances to ensure they can keep thriving and producing wealth for Europe.
