Our Latest Webinar Let European SMEs Find the Best Ways to Support Fellow Ukrainian Companies

On Friday, March 18th we met with the Deputy Director General of the European Business Association Ukraine, Ms Svitlana Mikhaylovska to hear her call for support and receive an update about the evolving situation in Ukraine.

In addition, the representatives of our members in countries near to the conflict, like Lithuania, Poland, Hungary and Georgia shared with us their advice and instructions on what can be done.

Our speakers looked at the situation on the ground and identified key ways in which fellow European can help and support fellow Ukrainian companies and people – both those who stayed in the country and those who came to the EU as refugees.

Our speakers have flagged the following association that can be contacted to provide support in Ukraine:

Ukraine

European Business Association: they support the country and Ukrainian companies. They communicate with the Ministries (defence, health, social policy), medical institutions, territorial defences, etc. fully focused on finding the protective equipment, medicines, products, gadgets, clothing, hygiene, and disinfection products – everything that Ukraine needs to hold the fort.

Their sustainability platform (online reuse centre that we launched at the end of 2021) Second Chance Bank helps to respond to the needs of the Ukrainian army, doctors, territorial defence members, and people. All their lectures and seminars, oriented on psychological advice, mentoring, etc will be published in Knowledge Storage (an educational online platform).

EBA CSR project – UNLIMIT Ukraine – reoriented on the support of Ukrainian micro-companies during the war. Their analytical center conducts express polls to understand the latest sentiments of the business community.

EU Clusters Support Ukraine | European Cluster Collaboration Platform: this initiative for European SMEs provided by EU Cluster support is matching Ukrainian businesses with those who can solve issues impacting those businesses.
