Mr. Tommaso Librera

Tommaso Librera is the innovation manager at European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME. He is currently involved with the SMEs EnterPRIZE initiative, centred on recognizing and awarding outstanding green/sustainable innovative practices across European SMEs belonging to every sector.

He is also involved in the Horizon Europe project MEGASKILLS, which focuses on designing an innovative gaming-based learning method to provide soft skills training to SMEs and fill the existing labour market gap.

He holds a BA in International Relations from Karlshochschule International University and an M.Sc. in European and International Studies from the School of International Studies of the University of Trento. Part of his dissertation on “Crisis Management and COVID-19 in the private sector” was published in a Book on leadership.

He was a trainee and junior researcher at the European Academy of Bolzano (EURAC Research), at the Institute for Comparative Federalism. He is fluent in English and German, speaks some Spanish and Japanese and is an Italian native speaker.
